Description of the Organisation / Region i am working for:
iq consult is an agency for social innovation. Inclusive entrepreneurship is a central field of work in iq consult. For more than 15 years iq consult is giving customer fit support services to young entrepreneurs (enterprise), people with disabilities (enterability) and since two years to people with migration background. Through these experiences iq consult has a significant nationwide impact on entrepreneurial service structures. Iq consult is a well connected organisation within the German federal and regional ministries, the German KfW development bank and other intermediary organisations in the field of entrepreneurial support. Moreover, iq consult has also representation in external organisations and is an active partner in the decision-making, for instance in the German Association for Start-up Initiatives (VDG) and the German Microfinance Institute (DMI).
