Policy coordination and action planning as good strategies and planning are a prerequisite for achieving the desired effects of interventions.
Ensuring appropriate access to finance for disadvantaged groups as it is very difficult for them to get appropriate finance for stating-up their business.
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (MoLSA) is appointed as Managing Authority responsible for the main ESF operational programme of human resources and employment in the Czech Republic.
The programme supports the areas of adaptability, employment services, social integration and equal opportunities between women and men, and modernization of public administration in all regions of the Czech Republic except Prague capital. These areas also fall under the competence of MoLSA. Inclusive entrepreneurship is mainly promoted as part of employment services and social integration initiatives through
- active employment measures provided by Labour Offices (including training and advisory services, subsidies for (self)employment of disadvantaged people), and through
- ESF start-up grants for people threatened by social exclusion or already socially excluded which are provided directly by the Ministry.
